About H.O.P.E.

About H.O.P.E.

About H.O.P.E. Ministries is a Christian-based support group to help family and friends of children, spouses, and family members involved in the homosexual lifestyle. about H.O.P.E. provides ministry in a completely confidential setting.

We provide a common ground where these hurting parents and friends can come and be ministered to in total confidentiality by other Christians who have a child or spouse involved in homosexuality.

about H.O.P.E. is not a ministry to the homosexual, but one to help their parents and friends regain the balance needed in their lives. Many churches are now recognizing the need to address this area of family hurt. We are praying that more will step up to the calling, but until this becomes reality, we want you to know there is help only a phone call away.

about H.O.P.E. meets on Thursday nights at 6:30 PM beginning January 14, 2010.  The group is led by Ted and Jan Schneider.  For more information, they can be reached at 479.751.4847.

Testimonies

“We have attended H.O.P.E Ministries for over ten years. Our need for HOPE began many years ago and how we wish we had had it then. It has been God’s answer to our dealing with a very tough situation. What a blessing.” – H & B

“Coming to H. O. P. E. ministry was the best thing that ever happened to our family. H.O.P.E. has taught us unconditional love and what our responsibility to our child is. They have taught us how to get our joy back. They have taught us in ways no one could understand unless they have walked that road themselves. The hurt and pain you are in is so unbearable, so unbelievable that something like this could happen to you and your family. What you learn is that life is worth living again, that you can put one foot in front of the other again and you will be able to love again and have a relationship with your child again. Not the same but in ways you can not even imagine.

The H.O.P.E. family loves you right where you are. Then you take that love and thank GOD for a group such as this. Taking that first step coming to this group is the hardest, because you have to admit to yourself that this is really happening in your family….but taking that first step is the beginning to live again. Come to H.O.P.E. and allow us to love you.”- D & S

“I am very thankful to God for the H.O.P.E. group ministry led by Ted and Jan. My daughter had announced to me she was in the gay lifestyle some fourteen years before I found this group. The group is a safe place to share feelings and also I have gained such valuable information about the lifestyle and causes that send people into it I didn’t know all this information was available anywhere. I highly recommend the group to anyone who is coping with this situation. I appreciate the love, sincerity and confidentiality that the group gives.” - C
