Senior Adults

The Senior Adult Ministry provides Christ-centered activities addressing the spiritual, educational, and social needs in this rapidly growing segment of our society. Our goal is to promote seniors living to their fullest potential to the glory of God. Our senior family includes people with adult children, retirees, grandparents, and widows/widowers. While there are various needs with seniors, all share the common need for salvation in Christ and a sense of being of value and productive servants of Jesus.

We’re here to help by providing opportunities for service, a community of friends, and a place for fellowship. You’ll discover that your time and talents are needed, your wisdom and willingness are valued, and your experience and expertise are important to us.

A number of Senior Adult Small Group classes are available on Sunday mornings to offer Bible study.

“Encore” is a bi monthly publication of the Senior Adult Ministry of First Baptist Church of Springdale. This publication will provide up-to-date monthly events which will include date, time and place of the events.
