I’m New
First Baptist Church is a group of people from all walks of life who are being transformed by Jesus Christ. Every week, we join together to worship God and to experience a relevant and powerful message, which teaches truths from the Bible. We are passionate about sharing the love of Christ by caring for each other and positively impacting our community. Through various venues, we are one church in 17 locations, reaching Northwest Arkansas, America, and the World for Jesus Christ. This is the foundation for everything we do and has been the basis of our ministry from the beginning.
What to Expect
When you come to FBC Springdale you will quickly find a warm, friendly group of people committed to making church exciting, life-changing, and enjoyable.
There are services for the whole family that include wonderful contemporary worship, a time of biblical teaching, and an opportunity to make a decision to follow Jesus Christ. The service is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.
We encourage you to come as you are – attire is casual. What is most important to us is that you come and experience what God wants to do in your life.
What’s the Worship Like?
Worship at First Baptist is described as “an encounter with Christ that results in lifestyle change.” We seek to lead you to experience His presence each time we gather, and encourage you to be participators in worship, not spectators. The blended worship style of our church ministers to multiple generations.
What about my Kids?
We are dedicated to partnering with parents in seeing their children receive a great spiritual foundation for their lives. Each week your child can be a part of exciting environments that teach godly values at an age-appropriate level. God’s Word will come alive to your child as they learn to apply it to their everyday life.
Anything for Students?
Our desire is to help students Reach for Life by worshipping, connecting, and serving. We believe “Every Student” matters to God. We have weekly connection groups, Wednesday night ministries, camps, and retreats all designed to reach out to students and help them grow. The name of our ministry is twentyfour seven and comes from a verse found in Jeremiah 24:7. “I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord. They will be my people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me with their whole heart.”
